950 square feet, 20-guest capacity. Great for get ready space (3 private changing rooms), green room, break out room, corporate meetings and much more!

• FURNITURE

All chairs, tables, bar carts, and designer mobile partitial walls. We got you covered.

• HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING

Best air quality! Fresh outdoor air for proper ventilation. (Unlike many urban choices, we are fully up to code and more!) Keep your guests cool and with fresh air. We include virus elimination equipment, HEPA filtration and the original roll up door for additioanal ventilation. (Bring the outside in.)

• Signed Contract and 50% venue fee due upon booking

• 8 hr access includes 5 hr event, 2 hr set up, 1 hr clean up.

• 10 hr access includes 5 hr event, 3 hr set up, 2 hr clean up.

• 11 hr Wedding Package includes 5 hr event, 1 hr ceremony, 4 hr set up, 1 hr clean up.

• Wedding Planner required if you have ceremony. Ask us for referrals.
