Upper Larimer has a flexible vendor policy to allow you to customize your event.

We offer a recommended vendor list or bring your own. Each Vendor we recommend has experience working in our venue and is a top performing vendor in the Denver market.  This is to ensure top quality services for our clients.

We operate with the highest level of professionalism and with the utmost level of transparency.  We have the experience to confidently recommend Full Service Caterers with Venue level experience. This is essential to the success of any event.

Bring your own Vendors

Upper Larimer hosts a variety of events.

Including:

  1. CORPORATE EVENTS

  2. NON-PROFIT EVENTS

  3. WEDDING EVENTS

Get Ready, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception.

4. ART/ CULTURE: MUSIC, ART, FASHION, POP CULTURE, COMEDY, TATTOO, PRODUCT LAUNCH, FESTIVALS, REUNIONS, FORMALS

5. YOUNG ADULT EVENTS - MITZVAH, QUINCEANERA, SWEET-16, PROM.

We are very flexible in our function and capabilities.


WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED?

Upper Larimer offers full Venue buy-out.

VENUE: Access to indoor Venue space. This is MODERN URBAN INDUSTRIAL.

SUNDECK: Access to outdoor SUN DECK. Allows for multiple functions. 300 Days of sunshine in Denver.

HOSPITALITY SUITE: Access to hospitality suite. Can be used as a wedding get ready suite, an entertainer’s green room, client break out room, nursing room, planner work room, etc. Bring your creative ideas for consideration. 

PARKING: Venue rental includes 22 parking spaces on-site. Additional parking is available for rent (about a block away). We can accommodate onsite food trucks and other unique uses. (Activation fee will apply based on use.) Valet, and Shuttle services work well based on our roll up door and immediate parking in front of venue.

FURNITURE and A/V: Furniture available for use include banquet tables, cocktail tables, farm tables, chairs, bar carts, and select lounge furniture is available for a modest fee depending on event type. Ask about A/V options.

VENUE REPRESENTATIVE: Onsite venue representative available.
