Grand Parlor
Use our Victorian style Grand Parlor - this repurposed 1888 House is where you can START your day, and START your journey. Gather with 16-20 guests. Hair/Make up/ and the Dress. Light catered options to include morning drinks and fresh food available. Maximize your time together. This includes private entrance, private Sun Deck access, private restroom, and the Grand Parlor use. We have three chandeliers, full body dressing mirror, mirrored vanity, and 4 private rooms large enough to relax, dress, and reflect… This is your future. Create memories with pre-wedding activities. We are the equivalent in size to two large hotel rooms. Our beautifully restored house offers the perfect back drop for capturing the moment.

Indoor Ceremony with beautiful brick, cedar, and industrial features. Stroll across the landscaped Sun Deck to your ceremony. This beautiful path to the altar. Surrounded by nature and lush landscaping. Feel the joy surrounded by friends and family.

Outdoor Ceremony - Choose the beautifully landscaped OUTDOOR ceremony area. Our Sun Deck is filled with lush greenery and beautiful natural materials. Enjoy the River Stone base wall topped off with a real boxwood Hedges. Accented with Cedar, historic Brick Walls, English Ivy, High Grass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Silver Maple Trees, and Beautiful decking. All accented with black steel and silver mesh elements. All framed with natural Cedar privacy walls. Accommodating up to 200 Ceremony guests outside. Say “I Do” is style. Surround your self with design, elegance, and nature.

COCKTAIL HOUR:

Your guests will gather together immediately after the Ceremony to raise a glass, mingle, converse, share and socialize. Let the celebration start with signature Upper Larimer Cocktail Hour experience.
