Use our Victorian style Grand Parlor - this repurposed 1888 House is where you can START your day, and START your journey. Gather with 16-20 guests. Hair/Make up/ and the Dress party. Light catered options to include morning drinks and fresh food available. Maximize your time together. This includes private entrance, private Sun Deck access, private restroom, and the Grand Parlor use. We have three chandeliers, full body dressing mirror, mirrored vanity, and 4 private rooms large enough to relax, dress, and reflect… This is your future. Create memories with pre-wedding activities. We are the equivalent in size to two large hotel rooms. Our beautifully restored house offers the perfect back drop for capturing the moment for your Denver wedding Venue Choice.

Accented with Cedar, historic Brick Walls, English Ivy, High Grass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Silver Maple Trees, and Beautiful decking. All accented with black steel and silver mesh elements. All framed with natural Cedar privacy walls. Accommodating up to 200 Ceremony guests outside. Say “I Do” is style. Surround your self with design, elegance, and nature.

Our venue is fully licensed and designed for this type of use, offering a spacious, flexible floor plan with movable partitions that support a variety of indoor–outdoor layouts. Nothing matches the energy of keeping everyone together in one connected space.

Guests may take in the beautiful Colorado sky from our elevated Sun Deck or enjoy the elegantly designed modern industrial feel of the indoor cocktail area. RECEPTION

Enjoy your reception in our Grand Ballroom, a true ballroom-style space with open sightlines and no columns to break up the room. The layout allows for a comfortable seated dinner, dancing, and a natural flow for your guests.
